We can place some of our most popular services right in the palm of your hand!

There is no need to be caught short of cash. No matter where you are, or what time it is, simply stop at any Automatic Teller Machine and use your Instant Cash or Instant Cash and Check Card to get the cash you need from your account.

Use one of Citizens Community Credit Union's own ATM machines and you will not be assessed a surcharge fee. In addition, the first two ATM transactions at non-CCCU owned ATM machines each month are free of a fee from CCCU. A $1.00 "foreign ATM fee" will be assessed for each transaction thereafter. The owner of the ATM machine may have their own surcharge at the machine that you are subject to.

You may activate your card by calling 1-866-985-2273.  PIN numbers may be changed by calling 1-866-985-2273. If your card is lost or stolen, please notify the credit union immediately at (701) 662-8118 or 1-800-238-3298 to arrange for a replacement card. After business hours, please call 1-800-535-8440 to block your card from unauthorized transactions.

Instant Cash and Check Card

Tired of having to come up with two forms of ID when you write a check? Or what about when you're ready to make a purchase and you discover you're out of checks?

With an Instant Cash and Check Card, every purchase will be simpler. You will be welcomed like a local wherever you go because your card is accepted wherever VISA is accepted. The Instant Cash and Check Card works as a debit card deducting the withdrawal amount at an ATM or the purchase amount at a merchant from your account. You won’t have to order checks as often, which will save you money. This is a win-win service for you!
