Citizens Online

Citizens Online is the credit union's name for online access to your account information. At any time, day or night, you can securely sign in and check your account balances, see what checks have cleared, place a stop payment, or transfer funds between your accounts.

To sign up to use Citizens Online, just stop by any of our locations and complete an Online Agreement. The staff will then provide you with information on how to determine your password and gain access to your accounts.

Helpful Tip: Passwords may be 4 to 10 digits in length, but cannot begin with zero.

Share accounts in federally insured credit unions are insured up to the Standard Maximum Share Insurance Amount (SMSIA), $250,000 as of October 3, 2008. The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 increased the insurance coverage on all accounts up to $250,000.
